Meet Vicky - Founder of Hare on the Hill Interiors
​
After many wonderful and successful years at Neptune, I feel my time has come to branch out and with plenty of self-belief, ambition and hard work, I’m now ready to turn my dream into a reality of owning my own interior design business.
I’ve spent the last 8 years learning everything there is to know about the interior design industry from working as a home specialist/manager on the shop floor at Neptune Wilmslow, to finally being a home designer for the Neptune Knutsford store.

In 2015 I completed a design diploma. Whilst completing the course I was encouraged to explore and nurture my own sense of flair and creativity. This is something I still believe to be important when designing rooms for customers, looking outside the box. What can I do to translate your style into the design and make it completely individual to you.
It also gave me all the tools to use such software as CAD when designing and the practical skills necessary to translate design ideas into a reality.

Really positive learning experience
Vicky has been so helpful with decisions regarding how to decorate and furnish our new space. She has the experience of knowing which shades of paint and shapes of furniture will work well in which spaces and she’s very honest with her opinion which I find both amusing and really helpful. Working with Vicky has taught me some rules about interior design which I can use in other projects in the future. I love our new Shoreditch dining chairs and have enjoyed seeing some new Neptune furniture bring some existing pieces to life.

Fantastic interior design service
We used the interior design service for our bedroom. Vicky has done a fantastic job helping us to redesign the space, advising on both the big decisions such as colours and furniture to the smaller decisions such as cushions, throws, artwork. We’re delighted with the end result.

We have recently used Vicky from the Neptune interior design service at the Knutsford store. She was brilliant, designing the layout of the room and choosing fabrics, colours, furniture etc that we are absolutely delighted with.
